- Discuss and create a wedding budget, update as planning progresses
- Wedding Calendar Checklist developed for your event
- Research and assist in finding/developing of wedding/reception sites
- Provide listings of professional vendors for every facet of the event
- Referrals and contract coordination for professional wedding services
- Make appointments with all potential vendors
- Accompany clients to key vendor appointments
- Offer advice on topics from etiquette to menu selections, etc.
- Create a detailed timeline of events for your vendors and bridal party
- Act as a liaison between you and your other wedding professionals
- Assist with hotel accommodations for Bride & Groom as well as families and guests
- Coordination of the rehearsal, wedding, and reception events
- Assist bridal party and families with personal flowers prior to photos
- Arrange placards, favors, toasting glasses & cake cutting servers
- Remain until all major events of the day are completed in case a situation arises that needs resolving
- Create a worry free, memorable day for the Bride, Groom, and family

Wedding Month Coordination Package
Includes the following:
This valuable service is for those clients who wish to secure their locations, contract their own professional wedding services and are just looking for that extra assistance to see ensure that everything they have created for their special day falls into place on their wedding day.
- Contract begins 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding
- Consultation to discuss specifics of services needed
- Introduce ourselves to your wedding professionals
- Obtain copy of vendor contracts from client, review for any possible conflicts
- Offer up to 3 vendor referrals, if needed (wedding/reception site referral excluded)
- Create a detailed timeline of events for your vendors and bridal party
- Conduct rehearsal and orchestrate events on the day of the wedding
- Assist bridal party and families
- Remain until all major events of the day are completed in case a situation arises that needs resolving

Hourly Consulting

Works well for small intimate Weddings
Valuable consulting time for those working with a smaller budget
Hourly rate is $50 an hour, a minimum of two hours
